The evening will begin with a glass of sparkling wine, followed by tasting and education of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. A three-course dinner paired with wines included.


Menu:  

 - Salad of greens with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette – paired with a Viognier

 - Entree of pork loin with blackberry and ginger marinade and roasted vegetables – paired with a Granacha

 - Dessert of apple crisp and ice cream – paired with a sweet Riesling


Ticket price:  $52 per person includes wines / $42 per person without wine


Limited to the first 24 paid reservations received by Tuesday, 21 March.
