MVIFS Refund Policy

Refund Requests:
- To be eligible for a refund, requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. This timeframe allows us to make necessary adjustments to food orders and staffing.
- Contact our Treasurer or President to initiate a refund request.
Donation Option:
- Alternatively, you have the option to treat your registration fee as a donation to our Farm to Table Program.
- Your generosity will directly support our mission and initiatives.

We are a local 501c3 non-profit organization celebrating 40+ years of enhancing life in the Dayton community by cultivating our unique food culture through educational programs and social activities. Our membership is diverse but shares the common bond of being wine and food enthusiasts and professionals dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through education about what we eat and drink.
