February Dine Around at Warped Wing Brewery

SHARE A PINT, MAKE A DIFFERENCE

5:00 – 8:00 (different time for this dine around event)

Warped Wing Brewery – 26 Wyandot Street, Dayton

Warped Wing is donating $1.00 to MVIFS for every pint poured between 5:00 and 8:00.  They will donate $1.00 for every root beer or ginger beer too.

Chef Tony has recommended the following food pairings for our Share a Pint, Make a Difference event:

• Carne Asade Salad paired with Trotwood Lager. The Carne Salad consists of Flank steak, marinated in 10 Ton Oatmeal Stout, thinly sliced with jalapeños, cilantro, red onion, cherry tomatoes and creama fresca on a bed of leafy greens.
• Pulled Pork Sandwich paired with 10 Ton Stout - Pulled pork on a Brioche Bun with 10 Ton Stout sweet BBQ sauce
• Jerk Pork Tacos paired with Gamma Bomb American IPA  - Jerk seasoned pork with with spinach, pickled onions, Gouda and topped with lime crema

These dishes are suggestions only and the entire Spent Grain Grill will be available to select from, as will be the full Warped Wing beer menu.

At 5:30, Jeremy Wheatly, donations coordinator, will share information about the brewery, The  Spent Grain Grill and food pairing.  This will be an interesting educational event for us all.

INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS TO JOIN IN THIS  SPECIAL DINE AROUND.  The money donated will help fund “From Farm to Table”.  Let’s pack the brewery!!!!!

Warped Wing is donating for our members AND everyone else who visits between 5:00 and 8:00.
