MVIFS June Dine Around - Glasz Blue Oven

The former Norman Miller Design studio (521 Wayne Ave) has been converted to be the area's newest craft brewery and restaurant - Crafted and Cured Brewery and Glasz Bleu Oven. Chef Jansen Trotman, the chef at the former Rue Dumaine restaurant draws his inspirations for Glasz Bleu Oven dishes from Mediterranean cultures ranging from North African to France. This Dine Around will begin in the Crafted and Cured Brewery for our first drink at 6 and at 6:30 we will be seated in the Glasz Bleu Oven for our meal. Feel free to bring your friends and there is plenty of parking around the building.
