Celebrate the Season

Join us for a sparkling celebration at the distinguished Dayton Packard Museum. Elite Catering will provide a Gourmet Buffet sit down dinner with full china service for us to enjoy.  The menu includes: 

  • Elite Buffet Signature Salad (Fresh Spring Mix, Dried Cranberries, Sweet Mandarin Oranges, Sliced Strawberries, Sugared Pecans, Crumbled Feta, and Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing) 
  • Boneless Braised Beef Short Ribs Braised in Red Wine and topped with a Peppercorn Cream Sauce 
  • Stuffed Chicken Marsala Stuffed with Chopped Fig, Silky Mascarpone Cheese, and topped with a Sweet Mushroom Marsala 
  • Mashed Red Skin Potatoes Asparagus with Lemon Butter Garlic Squash and Zucchini Assorted Rolls & Breads with Butter 
  • Mini Dessert Bar (Chocolate Covered Cheesecake Lollipops, Buckeye Spoons, Fresh Fruit Tart, Crème Brule', and Strawberry Shortcake Trifle)

Reception begins at 6PM

Cost is $65 per person. Dress is holiday attire. Bring your own bottle of wine to be served by Elite Bar Tender.  Please join us as we celebrate the season with our MVIFS friends.  Single members are encouraged to invite a guest to share the evening at the same cost of $65 as for members. For additional info, please contact Terry Brim at tabrim@gmail.com.
