August Hidden Gem takes us to Cartridge Brewing, a true hidden gem tucked along the Little Miami River in Kings Mills.  The drive out is half the fun - rolling hills, green meadows, and country roads lined with young summer crops.

Cartridge Brewing is housed in the beautifully restored Peters Cartridge Factory, originally opened in 1916 and once the heart of the Kings Mills community.  The bar area sits in one of the old factory spaces -- industrial charm meets a warm inviting atmosphere.  The brewery sits right along the Little Miami Scenic Trail, so consider coming a bit early to stroll along the river or bring your bike for a ride before we get together.

4:00 pm -- Meet outside the bar, then head in for our first drink, a bit of history on the building and property, and appetizers

5:00 pm -- Order dinner from the menu in the dining area off the bar

Cartridge proudly brews old-world beers and modern specialty styles on site, paired with a creative, seasonal food menu.  Come thirsty, come hungry, and come ready to discover this Hidden Gem with us!
