El Meson Cooking Class (virtual event)
Tuesday, Nov 10, 6:30 pm

Bill Castro, managing partner of El Meson and Chef Mark Abbott Every Day Fresh with Chef Gina: Let&Get Cooking!will be conducting a private cooking class for us via Zoom from the comfort of your home.   Bill Castro and the people from El Meson have travelled for 40 years collecting recipes, touring vineyards and learning the culture and cuisine of South American countries.  This will be a three course dinner that comes with a prepared appetizer and dessert, and an entrée of your choice that you will cook.   In addition, you will have the option to add a selected bottle of wine or craft cocktail or both to sip throughout the class.   There is also an alcohol free option.

You will always see the Chef on your screen - this will be a fun, lively experience!  Recipes will be provided so you can remake these dishes.  Please join us in supporting a fantastic local restaurant in these challenging times.

This event will take place on Tuesday, November 10th at 6:30.  You may want to gather several friends to your home to make it a dinner party.  You will pick up your pre-measured and individually packed ingredients from El Meson between 3 and 5 pm on Monday, November 9th.   Non refundable reservations are due by 4 pm Saturday, November 7th.    You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase at the email associated with your account.

Of note, we need a minimum of 50 participants and there is a maximum of 100
participants.   In order to guarantee this minimum, we have paired the Dayton Women’s Social League with the Miami Valley Institute of Food and Spirits to make sure there are enough virtual attendees.

Therefore, if you don’t want to miss this fabulous event be sure to register early.

Here's the menu we’ll be enjoying:
