Join us as our September Dine Around takes us to a new contemporary Mexican restaurant that's located in the Avant-Garde building. Sueno opened it's doors in early July and is owned by The Idea Collective - a Dayton-based company that recently launched a subterranean cocktail lounge called Tender Mercy below the restaurant.

'Sueño’s menu will feature house-made masa  using corn imported from Oaxaca through the restaurant’s partnership with Masienda. (Masa is a maize dough that comes from ground nixtamalized corn).  In addition to the masa program, Sueño embraces authentic Mexican techniques with its wood-fired hearth, an eight-foot wide centralized star of the showcase open kitchen, where Carne Asada bavette, whole branzino and ember roasted beets all come to life over an open flame.'  Check out their menu at this link: Sueno Menu.
