"Founded in 2016, Jollity was conceptualized by three industry professionals who wanted to apply the skillset they were taught with the food they dreamt of. Over the past several years, Jollity has been slowly building momentum. The team at Jollity has been making a name for itself through pop-up events all around the Miami Valley.  After years of training, travel, and planning Jollity opened late 2021 in the Fire Blocks District.
