Dear Wine Enthusiasts,

Get ready for another fabulous “Dine Around” event! This June, we’re heading to The Silo’s, Dayton’s newest and most exciting food hall and beer garden. Nestled near the 2nd Street Market, The Silo’s offers a unique dining experience with a variety of culinary delights housed in creatively repurposed shipping containers.

About The Silo’s:

The Silo’s is a vibrant food hall located at 810 E. First St. in Dayton. This innovative space features four food vendors and a bar, all housed inside shipping containers within a building that once served as a rail spur for the B&O Railroad. The concept was inspired by similar food halls across the U.S., bringing a fresh and authentic vibe to Dayton.


Garden Areas:

Surrounding the food hall, the landscape is divided into four distinct garden areas, each offering a unique ambiance:

  • The Front Yard: The main entrance area featuring shipping containers with seating within, perfect for a casual and cozy gathering.
  • American Yard: A classic American-themed garden area, ideal for enjoying a relaxed meal outdoors.
  • Little India: An exotic garden space inspired by Indian culture, providing a vibrant and colorful setting.
  • European Alley: A charming European-style alley, offering a quaint and picturesque dining experience.

Event Highlights:

  • Social Hour: We’ll kick off the evening at 6:00 PM in the bar area. This is the perfect time to catch up with friends, share wine stories, and enjoy a selection of fine wines and craft beers.
  • Dinner: At 6:30 PM, we’ll be seated for dinner. The Silo’s features an array of food vendors, including:
    • Nood Bar: Serving authentic Asian-inspired hot and cold noodle dishes, bao buns, and dumplings.
    • KungFu BBQ: Offering a unique smoked interpretation of cuisines from the Philippines, Japan, Mexico, and Hawaii.
    • Cece’s Kitchen: Another exciting vendor bringing delicious and diverse culinary options.

Whether you’re a seasoned wine connoisseur or just enjoy a good meal with great company, this event promises to be a memorable evening. Let’s celebrate our love for fine food and wine in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
